Season 1, Episode 8: The Garden

This is a classic meditation, one I learned from one of my teachers, Nirlipta Tuli, who said he learned it separately as both yoga nidra and hypnosis. My version is close to one I heard from him, but there are infinite ways to take this and it reverberates in many of my other meditations.

I also applied the 4-7-8 breath here as a calming mechanism at the beginning. One of my goals in this series is to introduce several types of approaches to calming techniques so that folks can find what works best for them.

I kept the instrumentation minimal, while still evoking the earth energy of a garden with Koshi Terra chimes.
